CANCELLATION POLICY
At Brave Hearts Barber Studio, we value your time and ask that you respect ours as well. To keep our schedule running smoothly for all clients, the following policy is strictly enforced: Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellation made within less than 3 hours of the appointment time may result in a cancellation 100% fee. Late Policy & No Show Clients arriving 10 minutes late or more to their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This also includes not showing up to you appointment without a 3 hour notice. This policy is enforced with no exceptions. Please understand that late arrivals affect scheduled appointments for other clients and disrupt the flow of the shop. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our business.
